　　Job Information:

　　1. Prepare bidding documents and participate in project bidding;

　　2. Draft contracts, complete contract approval, filing and external communication;

　　3. Internal and external engineering quantity calculation and settlement for projects;

　　4. Project pre-settlement related matters docking;

　　5. Assist the budget manager to complete the work.

　　Job Requirements:

　　1. Bachelor's degree or above, engineering cost, civil engineering or bridge engineering major preferred;

　　2. More than 2 years of pre-settlement or cost accounting experience is preferred;

　　3. Familiar with current engineering cost standards and operating procedures, with the ability to read engineering drawings;

　　4. Proficient in using office software, those who can use Guanglian Da are preferred;

　　5. Strong communication and coordination abilities, strong learning ability, rigorous and serious work;

　　6. Upright character, positive and proactive attitude.

　　7. Those with senior or intermediate engineer titles in engineering are preferred.
