Heavy industrial steel structures refer to factory building structures that use steel as their main components. This type of structure has multiple advantages. Light steel structure buildings are a new type of building system that uses light steel materials (such as cold-formed thin-walled steel) as the main components, assembled into a building structure through certain connectors and support systems. Using lightweight steel as the main material, it is lightweight and high-strength, with advantages such as good earthquake resistance, fast construction speed, and efficient use of building area. Therefore, it is widely used in villas, light industrial plants, warehouses, and other building fields.
In steel frame structures, purlin management systems are mostly chosen, making purlins a key component. Key categories include: thick-walled channel steel purlins, hollow purlins composed of angle irons and decorative panels, and truss purlins.
Welding materials: Ensure that the welding materials and equipment used meet the standards and have excellent performance. For example, welding rods should be dried in a high-temperature drying oven, and the number of drying times should not exceed two; the welding wire packaging should be intact. If damage leads to contamination, bending, or disorder of the welding wire, part of it should be discarded; the purity of CO2 gas should not be less than 99.9% (volume ratio), and the water content should be less than 0.05% (weight ratio). Stop using the bottle when the high pressure inside is lower than 1 MPa.
