The Binan Expressway's Cuijia Bridge spans a valley and is located in Qiadian Town, Binchuan County, Yunnan Province. The bridge is divided into two sections, each 450 meters long and weighing 3600 tons, with the tallest pier reaching 82 meters. It uses a steel-concrete composite beam and prefabricated small box beams, with a linear design transitioning from a straight line to a gentle curve. The steel box beam installation employs a mature step-by-step top-push technology, with a continuous top-push of 450 meters for each section. The project is challenging due to its complex linear design and long top-push distance.
